19:00  thai restaurant: curry and grilled chicken over rice.  they only had white rice but we tried to stay away from sugar as much as possible [so no pad thai!]  We had a groupon expiring so we had to go, it was delicious!

Bumped up a bit in weight, to be expected.  Not loving the chocolate shake, will probably switch back to vanilla for next month.  It's not bad, but I like the vanilla better.
