No exercise. Took stairs instead of elevator.
Breakfast: Vanilla shakeology, cherries, almond milk
Snack: 2 oz Gouda cheese
Lunch: Mushroom chicken with brown rice
Snack: Fuji apple
Dinner: Homemade tacos with grass fed beef, baked organic corn tortillas, pepperjack cheese, roasted carrots, cucumber with balsamic.
Dessert: Rice cream sandwich [no dairy, no cane sugar]
