Breakfast: vanilla shakeology with cherries
Snack: 2 oz gouda
Lunch: leftover chicken, veggies, and quinoa
STARVING!  Probably didn't have enough protein
Snack: small fuji apple
Snack: sourdough toast with homemade chicken salad
Dinner: steak diane with mashed potatoes and green beans, glass of red wine
Dessert: organic ice cream sandwich
