10:30  2 eggs scrambled with brussel sprouts, a smidge of pepperjack [like 1/5th of an ounce]
15:00  popcorn with light drizzle of olive oil,
16:00  soft pretzel, chocolate covered almonds [1.5 oz, 8g fat, 7 gr sugar, 1.5gr fiber]
20:00  salmon, butternut squash, quinoa

Drinks today:
water, cup of decaf with breakfast with a splash of half&half
