No workout today.
Bonus...new job has a huge parking lot that is always full, so it's a good quarter mile hike to the office, plus the stairs to the third floor. Not a great workout, but certainly better than nothing.
Eats today:
Morning, chocolate vegan shakeology with 2 TB organic PB
11 am fuji apple
1 pm leftover pizza, 2 slices
6 pm crackers
8pm mushroom chicken with butternut squash and brown basmati rice
Drinks today:
water,1 glass red wine
