No exercise.  Took the stairs instead of elevator.

Breakfast: Vanilla shakeology, cherries, almond milk

Snack: 2 oz Gouda cheese

Lunch:  2 oz pork chop with quinoa

Snack:  Roasted sweet potatoes

Dinner:  McMenamins Burger with bacon and blue cheese dressing, side salad with blue cheese dressing, purple haze beer
