Late Breakfast, 11:30: 2 scrambled eggs, with mushrooms sauteed in a little coconut oil, little bit of pepperjack cheese, coffee with half&half.
18:00: half a fuji apple
20:00  shrimp, quinoa, brocolli, green beans and carrots
