No exercise, took stairs instead of elevator.

Breakfast: Vanilla shakeology, cherries, almond milk

Snack:  2 oz Gouda

Lunch:  fuji apple

Snack:  something unhealthy I am sure  ;)

Dinner:  Braised pork chops, quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes.  Cucumber salad with balsamic vin.
