8:00  shakeology [chocolate] with a PB2
9:30  ham, egg, cheese, small ciabiata roll
12:00  homemade lentil soup with quinoa
19:00  salmon, butternut squash, green beans, and brown rice
21:00  nothing yet!!

Drinks today:
water, 1 bottle of beer

Bumped up a bit in weight, to be expected.  Not loving the chocolate shake, will probably switch back to vanilla for next month.  It's not bad, but I like the vanilla better.
