8:00 shakeology, with cherries
9:30 bacon, egg, cheese on small ciabatta roll
13:00 homemade lentil soup and quinoa
15:00 cookies, 2 pieces of sees candy - time to get back on track!!  Had to stay late at work and forgot my apple and healthy snacks
17:00  clif bar
19:30  homemade tacos, baked crispy shells [not fried! they are great!!], with cheese, tomato
little bit of cake

water, water, and wine
